Finca Hotel Son Palou

We loved the stunning open green views of the valley and the mountains from both our terrace and the beautiful hotel grounds. The hotel is unpretentious and full of character with lovely antique furnishings. The log burners in the sitting and dining rooms made it cosy and were much needed in a chilly week in late March. The hotel is quite small in terms of guest numbers and service is personal and welcoming. All the staff were lovely - friendly, helpful and efficient. Very much enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners too. Would definitely go back!

Finca Son Palou is a hidden gem tucked away in the mountainside of Orient. The road to get there is a bit winding, but once you're on the premises it is immediate peace and relaxation. We were warmly greeted with a tour of our suite and of the entire estate. The staff are attentive and were so so attentive - I think this was the most accommodative place I've ever stayed at. They really go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Breakfast is so yummy, plentiful, and fresh. I could not stop raving about how the eggs just tasted different than back in the states lol. And the pool is clean, serene, and the perfect place to bathe. All in all, this is my favorite place I've ever stayed at because of the attention to detail and wonderful staff. Thank you!

This is a hotel with lots of history. The Finca is lovely with a beautiful courtyard for breakfast. The breakfast is very good. Staff at breakfast are very helpful and friendly. The location has beautiful views of the Orient valley. The pool area maximises the views and has very comfortable loungers. We booked a junior suite which was very spacious. We decided on half board for meals and it was a delight to choose from the menu each evening. The terrace has garden views with mountains behind. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had 3 days of excellent rest and relaxation.

The gardens and pool area are stunning - a really pleasant surprise. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all decent, and the outside location for all three was lovely. Overall the staff were all very friendly and made us feel very welcome.
